Disc Jockey Contract

Sound Solutions DJ Services

  • Sound Solutions DJ Services Terms of the Contract:

    • Sound Solutions DJ Services agrees to show up and be ready to play at the agreed upon time. This includes setup and breakdown time 60 minutes prior to the event.
    • Sound Solutions DJ Services agrees to make any announcements requested and to play any specific music requested by the client. All Specific songs to be played need to be received by Sound Solutions DJ Services at least a two week before the event occurs.DJ will also take request if requested by client from guest.
    • Sound Solutions DJ Services will follow the required dress code stated by the client and accept the remainder of the funds owed minus the $100 deposit in the form of cash or personal check. Pay Pal or Venmo or Zelle for payment options along with check and cash.
    • Sound Solutions DJ Services will agree to meet with the client if they so choose before the event to go over any questions or details they have for the event.
    • A 5% discount will be given to any client that is currently in the Military when submitting their contract to book the event with Sound Solutions DJ Services.
    • If you would like a projector slide show it is an extra $75 and if you would like a photo booth it will be an extra $100 add to the total cost.

  • Clients Terms of Contract:

  • , as the customer of Sounds Solutions agree to all the terms listed below:
    • I as the client agree to pay the fee of $600.00(Weddings) or $500(All Other Events) for the first 4 hours and $50 each additional hour.
    • I agree to inform Sound Solutions DJ Services of the time of events for the ceremony/reception in advance and to provide him with a contact person at the reception for any questions about the schedule of events and to inform him when they are ready for certain events to take place.
    • I agree to pay Sound Solutions a $100 deposit or full amount when I mail the contract to 1201 Ryanwood Court, Midlothian, VA 23113. (Please make check Payable to Scott Pembelton). The deposit can be paid on mailed check, PayPal(add 4% to balance owed), Venmo(@Douglas-Pembelton), Zelle(spembelt@aol.com) or the entire amount in advance or by personal check or Cash.
    • I agree to pay Sound Solutions DJ Services after they have set up and before they start playing and to pay in full(minus the deposit) of the agreed upon amount.
    • I will inform the DJ of any specific request before the event begins on the Wedding Planner sheet listed on the web site for Sound Solutions DJ Services at www.topchoicedjs.com.
    • If I am satisfied with Sound Solutions DJ Services performance I agree to give Sound Solutions permission to use my name and phone number for referrals in the future or to write a short review.
    • Additional cost may apply for Travel outside the Richmond metro area.
